Mid-1990's (est '94-'95) Discovered at Alpha.Net's New Berlin facilities. 66-blocks are used to crossconnect telephone circuits. Someone apparently attempted to use stranded satin cable, and when it (predictably) didn't work reliably, decided to solder the satin to the 66-block. |
