effective to all Users.

judgement of the Company, is (i) in violation of any applicable law or
regulation, (ii) threatening, defamatory, indecent, obscene, or (iii)
violates the rights of any party, including trade secret, rights protected
by copyright, patent, or other similar intellectual property. Users are
expected to avoid such compliance violations by determining what laws or
regulations are applicable.
Prohibited Uses
Users are permitted to use the services offered in a manner that, in the
Company's sole judgement, is consistent with the intended purpose of such
services. Upon request, the Company will advise Users whether any
specific contemplated use of the service is permitted. The following
uses are expressly prohibited:

by the Company or connected via the Company's network,
- Posting encoded binary files to newsgroups outside the "alt.binaries"
hierarchy,
- Forgery of any Usenet news message header information,
- Cancellation or superseding of posts other than your own,

The Company reserves the right to take whatever steps it deems necessary
to stop violations. Where possible and practical, at the Company's sole
discretion, the Company wishes to work with the User to cure violations
of the Acceptable Use Policy.
Violations of this policy should be reported to
abuse@ns.sol.net. Please note that
the Company expects reports of violations to be appropriately targeted,
